Trans-Siberian railway tour
Payment conditions:
* Tour reservations require a deposit of 50% of the tour amount 60 days prior to tour start date. The remaining 50% of the tour amount is due 30 days prior to tour start date.
Cancellation policy:
* In case cancellation is done more than 45 days prior to your arrival, no charges will apply.
* If tour is cancelled 15-44 days prior to tour start date a cancellation fee of 30% will be applied.
* If tour is cancelled 9-14 days prior to tour start date a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.
* If tour is cancelled less than 5 days prior to tour start date, a penalty of 100% of the tour price will be applied.
All other tours
Payment conditions:
* The confirmed tours require a deposit of 50% of the tour amount 30 days prior to tour start date. Remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your departure. If a tour starts in less than 15 days from time of booking, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at time of reservation.

* In case cancellation is done less than 15 days prior to your arrival, a cancellation fee of 30% of the tour price will be applied.
* If tour is cancelled 5-14 days prior to tour start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price will be applied.
