Taltsy Museum is an architectural and ethnographic complex located 40 km from Irkutsk with a collection of artifacts of the 17th to 20th centuries. The museum has recreated four zones: Russian, Tofalar, Evenk, and Buryat. The heart of the exposition is wooden buildings collected from local villages and towns that were flooded during the construction of the Irkutsk hydroelectric power plant. To preserve this unique heritage, it was decided to organize a museum in 1969.

During the tour, you will see a lot of interesting things. Especially interesting are the Bolshaya Spasskaya Tower and the Kazan Church, which historians date back to the end of the 17th century.
